Partner

Bikash More is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of extensive experience in audit and both corporate and international taxation. His professional expertise spans a broad range of specialties, including Direct Tax Planning and Compliance, as well as Domestic and International Tax Advisory. Bikash is adept at crafting tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, focusing on business development and ensuring adherence to statutory compliance requirements.

Rakesh Mishra

Rakesh Mishra is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Insolvency Professional with over 30 years of experience as a dedicated finance professional. He has held senior positions such as CFO, Head of Finance, Finance Director, and Financial Controller with prominent organizations including Tata Steel, Escorts, Dharampal Satyapal, and several multinational corporations like Illinois Tool Works Inc. (USA), Wrigley USA, Joyco of the Agrolimen Group (Spain), and Caparo UK.

Throughout his career, Mr. Mishra has been responsible for a wide range of critical financial functions. These include providing business support, enhancing EBITDA performance, setting up and renewing working capital limits with both private and public sector banks, managing ODI and FDI operations, implementing and ensuring compliance with GST, Income Tax, and Corporate Laws, finalizing financial statements, overseeing audits, and establishing internal controls. He has also been involved in mergers and acquisitions.

In his role as an Insolvency Professional, Mr. Mishra has managed two assignments as a Resolution Professional under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and two assignments related to Personal Guarantors. His core strength lies in managing corporate debtors as going concerns during the CIRP period. Additionally, he has provided process advisory and support services to Resolution Professionals and Liquidators, contributing to the CIRP and liquidation processes for at least five mid-sized to large corporates.

Ankush Goyal

Ankush Goyal is a dynamic professional with over 13 years of diverse experience across multiple industries, specializing in Forensic Audits and Risk Management. His career highlights include working closely with sectoral regulators and high-profile investigation agencies such as the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Enforcement Directorate (ED), and Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO). Ankush has made significant contributions in uncovering major financial irregularities and frauds, demonstrating his expertise in forensic investigations.

Throughout his career, Mr. Goyal has excelled in conducting internal audits, developing Risk Control Matrices, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency. His strategic approach includes reviewing process flows to identify potential risks, inadequate controls, and instances of fraud or noncompliance with regulatory requirements. Ankush is skilled in documenting processes and internal controls using flowcharts and narratives, laying the foundation for robust Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks.

Director

Anju Agarwal is an accomplished professional with an impressive academic background and extensive experience in strategic management and restructuring consultancy. She holds M.A. in Economics and a PGDM in Marketing. She continued her pursuit of knowledge with a Luxury Management Program from IIM Ahmedabad, the Limited Insolvency Examination, and the Global Insolvency Practice Course from INSOL International, London.

Professionally, Mrs. Agarwal leads the Insolvency & Legal verticals, contributing to the field with unwavering dedication, and has been instrumental in the strategic growth of the company. She has contributed to the growth of this new profession by imparting educational sessions for different stakeholders and representing as an Insolvency Professional on different fora, i.e. ASSOCHAM, PHD Chambers, INSOL International.

Beyond her professional endeavours, she is deeply committed to nurturing future leaders through training workshops and seminars aimed at honing their skills and unlocking their potential. She serves as faculty at the Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI (IIIPAI). Her commitment to education extends to providing internships for students of the Graduate Insolvency Programme, a joint initiative by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Insolvency Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).

Deepak Kumar Dass

Deepak Kumar Dass is an Advocate and a distinguished member of ASCBSR, where he leads the Indirect Taxation vertical with expertise and dedication. As an eminent lawyer and member of the Bar Council of Delhi, he offers extensive knowledge and experience in both direct and indirect tax matters. His specialization encompasses Goods & Services Tax (GST), excise duty, service tax, and VAT, and he remains at the forefront of developments in company law and tax regulations.

Adv. Dass has played a pivotal role in advising numerous global corporations on their Indian ventures, providing critical support in optimizing their supply chain structures through expert handling of indirect tax issues. His role extends to managing all client cases up to the Tribunal level before statutory authorities.

Since joining Firm in 2000, Adv. Dass has been instrumental in the company’s growth and success. He is also a co-author of the acclaimed book "All India VAT Ready Reckoner," alongside Mr. Alok Kumar Agarwal. This comprehensive guide offers invaluable insights into VAT laws and regulations across India, reflecting his commitment to enhancing the understanding of complex tax issues.

 

Raj Kumar Agarwal

Raj Kumar Agarwal, a Fellow Chartered Accountant, has over 30 years of specialized experience in statutory audit and assurance. Renowned for his expertise in audit and assurance, he has worked with both listed and unlisted companies across diverse sectors, including services, education, manufacturing, retail, IT/ITES, utilities, and non-profit organizations. His comprehensive understanding of international auditing standards makes him a valuable asset in complex environments.

He has managed major projects involving statutory audits for Indian entities and multinational corporations, including group reporting and shared service centre audits under multiple GAAPs. His proficiency extends to certifications, special audits, and agreed-upon procedures, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting. He has also served as a reporting accountant for IPOs and handled ADR reporting, showcasing his deep knowledge of the Companies Act 2013 and IFRS.

In addition to his corporate roles, Mr. Agarwal is actively involved in the academic and professional community. He serves as a reviewer with the Financial Reporting Review Board (FRRB) and is a faculty member for the Ind AS course conducted by ICAI. He frequently speaks at webinars and conferences, both nationally and internationally, and has been a special invitee on the Government Accounting Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

His contribution to professional associations includes presentations at seminars organized by ASSOCHAM, CII, and the Indo-American Chambers of Commerce, as well as various universities. Deepak Maini

Director

Deepak Maini is an eminent Insolvency Professional with 38 years of experience, including his tenure as General Manager at Punjab & Sind Bank, a government institution. A member of INSOL India, he led the Asset Recovery Branch in Mumbai from 2005 to 2006 and the Asset Recovery Branch in Delhi from 2006 to 2008. During his time in Mumbai, he represented the bank at the CDR cell at IDBI Bank’s head office, advocating for the bank's interests and communicating its decisions in CDR Empowered Group Meetings.

At the head office, he was responsible for the 'credit monitoring' vertical as General Manager and oversaw decision-making for all CDR and other restructuring cases, both under head office and board powers. He was also a member of several key committees that reviewed cases under the CDR cell, SDR, and S4A schemes of the RBI. Additionally, Mr. Maini managed the bank’s involvement in the UDAY scheme.

 

Suresh Jain

Director

Suresh Jain is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and is also a registered Insolvency Professional (IP) with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). He holds a CPA certification from Ireland and is an expert in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, having completed relevant certification courses from ICAI and ICMAI. Mr. Jain has also finished a course in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD) from ICAI (Virtual) and obtained a Certificate from the University of California, San Diego on converting challenges into opportunities. Additionally, he has completed a Certificate Course on Leadership & Decision Making from IIM Ahmedabad and has partially completed the CS Final from ICSI.

With over thirty years of comprehensive experience, Jain began his career in the corporate sector before shifting focus to build a global business in exports, a field he has been involved in for the past 25 years. He has served as an Export Consultant for numerous corporates and proprietorships. In recent years, he has also worked as a GST Consultant, Insolvency Consultant, and ESG Consultant, partnering with multinational corporations, startups, and solopreneurs. His extensive experience includes industry and export domains. Jain has been appointed as a Consultant for the National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), a Government of India undertaking, to train MSMEs in GST.

 

Niten Agarwal

Niten Agarwal, a distinguished graduate of Delhi University and a qualified Chartered Accountant, has been an integral part of the Firm since he joined as an article assistant in 2010. Over the years, Mr. Agarwal has evolved into a core member of the organization, now leading the Mumbai branch with a strong focus on Taxation, Audit & Assurance, business planning, and advisory services. His expertise is characterized by a commitment to quality, effective communication, and collaborative strategies that drive clients toward achieving their corporate objectives.

In his role, Mr. Agarwal excels in delivering customized solutions for business development and ensuring statutory compliance. His key responsibilities include managing direct taxation compliance, overseeing sales tax, service tax, excise duties, and import/export regulations.
